Shipping & Delivery Process
Our products are digital (eBooks), we do not distribute any physical goods from our website.
Customers are provided two delivery options for downloading purchased materials. First, immediately after a purchase the materials will be available for download on an order confirmation page. Second, an email will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process. This email will contain a download link to your eBook. A confirmation email with a download link will be delivered immediately after payment confirmation. It may take a few minutes for the email to arrive in your inbox. If you do not receive your email after an hour, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service for assistance.
Multiple eBook Purchases
In case of multiple eBook purchases, each eBook will have its individual download link. Please make sure to download all eBooks within the allotted timeframe.
Please note that for security reasons, each download link is valid for a limited time only and has a limited number of uses. Be sure to download your eBooks to a safe place on your device as soon as possible. Customers can download each of the materials three separate times.
Lost Download Link
If you lose your download link or if it becomes invalid due to the download limit, please contact our customer service team. They will provide you with a new link after verifying your purchase details.
Returns and Refund Policy
At Fiber Foodie, we stand behind the quality of our products. We’re confident that you’ll benefit from the materials you’ve purchased from us. That’s why we offer a “30-Day Money-Back Guarantee” on all purchases. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you’re entitled to a full refund – no questions asked!
Return Period: From the date of purchase, customers have a full 30-days to request a refund. After 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please ensure to contact us within this timeframe.
Refund Amount: When a refund is processed, customers are entitled to a 100% refund. This refund covers the cost of the purchased product(s) only.
Contact Details Required: In order to process your refund, we require your contact details. In the contact form below please provide your full name, address, and order number when requesting a refund. This will enable us to locate your order in our system and process your refund as quickly as possible.
Product Cost Only: Please note that the refund covers only the cost of the product. Any additional charges such as shipping or handling fees are non-refundable.
Refund Issuance: Once your refund request is received and approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days of your refund request.
